Description:

The combination of Tylosin and Doxycycline has bacteriostatic action against many gram +ve and gram-ve bacteria like E coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Haemophilus, Bordetella, Pasteurella, Campylobacter and Salmonella ssp.
Tylosin is a macrolide which makes Tyloxy-M highly effective against mycoplasma.

Indication:

Respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by Tylosin and Doxycycline sensitive organisms like Mycoplasma, E-coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Bordetella, Streptococcus, Campylobacter and Haemophilius ssp, in poultry, swine, sheep, goats and calves.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines and Tylosin.
Administration to animals with serious impaired liver function. Administration to animals with an active microbiological digestion.

Dosage and Administration:

For Oral administration:
Poultry:
5g in 10litres drinking water or 100g in 200 litres for 3-5 days.
Pigs, Calves, Sheep and Goats: 2.5g for 50kg b.w for 3-5 days.
Note: for pre-ruminant calves, lambs and kids only.

Withdrawal Period:

For meat:
Poultry: 7 days
Swine: 8 days
Calves, sheep and goats: 14 days

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool dry place (below 30°C) away from direct sunlight.
